Overview of Idea
Our Summer Camp is provided for children ages 5-12 experiencing homelessness. Two buses pick up children from 10 shelters, motels and neighborhood stops in Greater Cincinnati. During the 8-week camp children will be improving their reading and math skills and participate in enriching experiences.

The Specifics: What will the $5,000 fund?
Support will enable us to help children experiencing homelessness to improve their health, build their minds, and expand their horizons; because access to education and enrichment opportunities are often a challenge. Specifically, funding will be used to provide healthy snacks and meals, outfit children with clothing and supplies needed, and give children worthwhile experiences in their own community.
