McCormick Elementary & ExCel Club Recognized by the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission for Service to FwP

A special congratulation goes to the students and staff of McCormick Elementary and young ladies of the ExCel Club, who were recognized for their service to Faces without Places by the Cincinnati Human Relations Council on Thursday, March 22nd at City Hall.

McCormick Magic Show Students

This is the second year that McCormick Elementary has worked to support Faces without Places.
In a PTA-led effort, the students have raised funds through a penny war and Magic Show.  The students also collect donations of school supplies and flip flops to support our programming.

ExCell Club Debutantes and their Escorts at their Winter Cotillion

The ExCel Club of Allen Temple spent a day volunteering at the FwP summer program and provided lunch for the campers.  Later in the year the young ladies held a fashion show to benefit Faces without Places and the proceeds were presented to FwP at their Winter Cotillion.

If you would like your school, church or group to participate in a similar way contact beth@faceswithoutplaces.org
